Last Updated: February 6, 2026
The Feldenkrais Initiative, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This disclosure explains how we handle information collected through our SMS messaging program.
Information We Collect
When you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number, your opt-in date and method, records of message timestamps and delivery status, and your responses containing keywords such as STOP and HELP.
How We Use It
We use this information only to send class attendance reminders and related program updates, respond to support requests, process opt-outs, and comply with applicable laws and carrier requirements.
No Sale or Sharing for Marketing
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with, sold, or rented to third parties, affiliates, or any other entities for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers (such as our messaging platform) solely to operate the program, and as required by law.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To re-enroll, sign up again as you did the first time.
Data Retention and Security
We retain SMS records while you are opted in and for a reasonable period afterward to document consent and comply with applicable rules. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information collected through the SMS program.
